Day 1
TALLINN, ESTONIA Welcome to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, located across the Gulf of Finland. Private transfer to your hotel and check in.

BreakfastTALLINN Breakfast. Enjoy a private tour of Tallinn, founded in 1219 by Danish invaders. As a city of merchants in the Middle Ages, Tallinn was a member of the Hanseatic League, which allowed for the city‘s rapid development. Walk in the old town, which retains the nostalgia of the past centuries. This is one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe, with its steep cobbled streets, numerous churches and mansions. Enjoy your outdoor discovery of Toompea Castle and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Your afternoon is at leisure to explore further on your own. This evening, we suggest an optional dinner at Olde Hansa, a medieval restaurant in the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks and true period music.

BreakfastRIGA Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. During your private tour of Riga, an old Hanseatic city founded in 1201, discover today’s cosmopolitan city with its Art Nouveau quarter. See the old town with 150 historic buildings scattered throughout a maze of streets – unchanged since the 13th-century. Enjoy an organ concert at the Dome Cathedral. Spend the rest of your day at leisure. You may want to take an optional tour to Jurmala, a Latvian resort town on the Baltic Sea with a 40km of sand beach. Walk along the central street Jomas, a visit to Dzintari concert hall and enjoy spare time to visit boutiques and souvenir shops, not included.

Breakfast / LunchSIGULDA Breakfast. Enjoy a private full-day tour of Sigulda, one of the most beautiful and greenest cities in Latvia. Thanks to River Gauja, see wonderful landscapes of Latvia’s small canyon. Sigulda & Turaida are magical places where walking can take days; see medieval castles, the Sigulda bobsleigh track, and the beautiful nature of Gauja National Park. A 3-course lunch is included. Return to Riga.

BreakfastRIGA – VILNIUS, LITHUANIA Breakfast. Check out of your hotel and depart to Vilnius, Lithuania. On the way, visit the Latvian baroque Rundale Palace and see the Gold Room, the White Room, the Grand Gallery and private rooms of the Dukes, represented in rococo style. Upon arrival in Vilnius, check into your hotel.

BreakfastVILNIUS Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Vilnius was founded in the 13th-century and is the capital city of Lithuania. Your private tour takes you to the old town, the University, Bernardine Monastery, the current large Gothic church with Baroque and Renaissance elements, the Church of St. Anne, a jewel of late Gothic style, and the Cathedral which separates the old town from the new town; Gediminas Hill offers breathtaking views of the city. Enjoy time for lunch, not included. In the afternoon, drive to Trakai Island Castle, the former medieval capital from the 14th-century, the residence of the famous Grand Duke Vytautas, known for his battles with knights of the Teutonic Order. The central monument is the Gothic castle, built on the island of Lake Galve. Return to Vilnius.
