Comments to their travel agent about their recent trip to Paris

"Just a little note to let you know, our flights were both on time and smooth, perfect. Our little boutique hotel is lovely, we even have a partial view of the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais, the balcony is very nice with lavender in planter boxes, little touches that make it special."
