ATHENS
Arrival in Athens, the magnificent capital of Greece. Transfer to your hotel. In the evening, begin a shared tour of Athens by night including a panoramic drive through the illuminated city center. Walk through Plaka, the pedestrian street of the old city of Athens; dine in a typical Greek restaurant with folklore show, live music and dancing.
ATHENS
After breakfast, enjoy a shared tour of Athens with an overview of the modern city and the remains of its glorious past. See the Parliament House in Syntagma Square, the Panathenaic Stadium and the Presidential Palace. Visit the Acropolis including the Parthenon and the Acropolis Museum. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure to discover the city’s vibrant streets and relaxed lifestyle.
ATHENS – SANTORINI
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Piraeus Port for your embarkation to Santorini by catamaran; see a dramatic volcanic landscape, whitewashed houses and panoramic views of breathtaking scenery. Great cuisine, romantic hotels, and a lively nightlife make Santorini a perfect spot for romance.
SANTORINI VOLCANO TOUR
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Take your morning to relax and unwind. In the early afternoon, begin an exciting Volcano tour by a traditional kaiki (small boat) to the youngest volcanic island of Nea Kameni; take a short hike to the summit craters of the volcano. Tour along Santorini’s inner caldera cliffs for spectacular views while enjoying a buffet dinner on board. Sail close to Oia for one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
SANTORINI
Breakfast at your hotel. Today, enjoy your day at leisure to take an optional excursion to one of the many beaches on the east coast which are mostly black sand and pebbles, while terra-cotta sand is found on the beaches of the south coast (not included). We suggest you dine in one of the many excellent restaurants and be sure to pick up some unique souvenirs.
SANTORINI – MYKONOS
After breakfast, transfer to Santorini’s port. From there, embark by catamaran to the world-famous Mykonos island. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
MYKONOS
The most cosmopolitan of all the Greek islands, Mykonos attracts visitors from all over the world. The steep mountains, rocky hills, windmills and superb beaches make up this busy island’s landscape. Spend the next two days and nights enjoying the sea, sun and spa facilities of your hotel. Be sure to explore the island’s fantastic night clubs, bars, tavernas and restaurants.
MYKONOS
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Today is another day to explore on your own. We suggest an optional cooking class of traditional Greek food. Or perhaps take a cruise to visit other islands such as Delos and Rhenia.
