FORMENTERA After breakfast, pack a lunch at your hotel and then make your way to the pier to take a day trip by ferry to the tiny and beautiful island of Formentera, the smallest inhabited island in the Balearics, just two miles south of Ibiza. Catch your modern ferry to La Savina, Formentera’s sleepy capital and return when you are ready.
