After breakfast the next, day, return to Paris by train.

Day 1
PARIS – DIJON – BEAUNE Depart from Paris to Beaune via Dijon aboard a high-speed train in Comfort-Class. Upon arrival in Beaune, private transfer to your hotel, Hotel le Cep, a 5-star, Small Luxury Hotel located in the heart of Burgundy.
Day 2
BreakfastChâteau du Clos de Vougeot & Côte de Nuits After breakfast, begin a picturesque drive along Côte de Nuits through various villages Learn about the importance of Terroir and the yearlong efforts required to harvest the best Pinot Noir possible, l’expression du Terroir. Enjoy a tour and wine tasting in the family domain of Château du Clos Vougeot. Lunch on your own in Gevrey-Chambertin with suggestions from your guide. Sightsee along the Grands Crus road and stop at the famous Romanée-Conti, considered the most prestigious in Burgundy, the most expensive wine in the world is produced here. In the afternoon, stop at Nuit-Saint-Georges for a tour and wine tasting; discover secrets of winemaking. Return to your hotel and enjoy dinner on your own.
Day 3
Breakfast
Beaune, Côte de Beaune & Meursault Breakfast. This morning, begin with a scenic drive through the beautiful villages of Pommard, Volnay and Meursault. While in vineyards, learn about the difference in appellations of village, 1er cru and Grand Crus. Meursault is famous for its creamy and delicate chardonnay; in an authentic old Burgundy cellar, enjoy a wine tasting around the elegant white wines of Meursault as well as reds. Enjoy lunch in Meursault on your own, then continue through Bâtard-Montrachet, Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet to reach Hospice de Beaune for a guided tour. This formal hospital, founded in 1443, is world-famous for its colourful glazed tile roof. Tour the Salle des Pôvres, the kitchens, the pharmacy and other rooms exhibiting artifacts and tapestries. Later in the afternoon, continue to Prosper Maufoux, a local wine shop in Beaune for a tour and wine tasting. Return to your hotel and dinner on your own.
Day 4
BreakfastBEAUNE After breakfast, enjoy your day at leisure to explore this region on your own. We suggest taking a cooking class, booking a spa experience at your hotel, or take a bike tours through these beautiful vineyards, not included.
Day 5
BreakfastBEAUNE – DIJON – PARIS After breakfast, transfer to the train station to begin your high-speed train journey back to Paris via Dijon.
