SÃO PAULO – IGUASSU
Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, connect to your flight to Iguassu. Welcome and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
IGUASSU FALLS
After breakfast, begin your private morning visit to the Brazilian and Argentinean sides of this natural wonder, which is twice as large as Niagara Falls. With over 275 cascades, be prepared to be overwhelmed by its majesty and power.
IGUASSU FALLS – SAO PAULO – SALVADOR
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Sao Paulo and your connecting flight to Salvador da Bahia. Arrival, welcome and transfer to the hotel.
SALVADOR
After breakfast, enjoy a tour of the coastal city of Salvador da Bahia. From its baroque architecture to its rich cuisine and music, it is the centre of Afro–Brazilian culture. Visit the most significant sites in the city with their colourful Portuguese colonial influences. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure.
SALVADOR – BRASILIA – MANAUS
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Manaus via Brasilia. Manaus lies on the banks of the Negro River in northwestern Brazil and is considered the capital of the vast state of Amazonas. Arrival, welcome and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
MANAUS – AMAZON
Breakfast. Take a city tour of Manaus including a visit to the Opera House. In the early afternoon, transfer (approx. 3 hours) to the Anvilhanas Jungle Lodge for your 2-night stay. Upon arrival, relax with a welcome cocktail and tour of the islands. Enjoy your evening with dinner and an alligator spotting excursion.
AMAZON
Wake up early for sunrise bird watching. After breakfast, take a morning forest hike or enjoy recreational piranha fishing in the many rivers and streams in the surrounding area. Enjoy lunch and an afternoon feeding of wild Pink Dolphins in the Amazon River or visit a local Indian tribe in Tiririca. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
AMAZON – MANAUS – RIO DE JANEIRO
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro, the large seaside city famous for its captivating beaches and infectious samba music. Arrival, welcome, transfer and overnight at hotel.
RIO DE JANEIRO
After breakfast, a private guide will show you the magnificent sites of the city of Rio de Janeiro during a half-day tour followed by a spectacular cable car ride to Sugar Loaf Mountain. Your senses will be fully engaged as you discover that a visit to Rio is truly magical. Also visit the H. Stern Gem Factory. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
RIO DE JANEIRO
Enjoy your day at leisure; perhaps visit the popular Lapa district with its 18th-century architecture and fabulous arts community, marvel at the statue of Christ the Redeemer as it towers above you or simply relax with a drink on the sandy beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema.

After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the airport for your homebound flight via São Paulo.
